Add a New Transaction

Steps to manually add a transaction when a bonus isn't automatically applied, ensuring the correct bonus is issued based on the transaction date and time.

Sometimes a transaction is not automatically imported - and thus, the bonus is not given to a member. The most common reasons are:

  • The member is not registered within the same day as the purchase is made, or did not yet confirm membership terms.
  • The card used for payment is not registered within the same day as the purchase is made. 
     (Applies if you only have Payment Terminal integration. Card is not needed in most cases anymore)
  • The member pays cash or with mobile pay.
    (Applies if you only have Payment Terminal integration. Not relevant in most cases anymore)

In these cases, you can still give a bonus to the member by adding a new transaction.

Click the button "add new transaction”, complete the form, and click "save". When the transaction is saved/imported the bonus is given to the member. The bonus percentage that was active at the time you set on "transaction date" / "transaction time" will be the bonus percentage that is given to the member. 

If more than one Terminal is available in dropdown, please select one with name starting on MT.
