You can administer a member bonus in several places in the Loyalty+ dashboard. The most important places are:
- Bonus information
- On “Bonus information” you can release a bonus on behalf of a member (bonus is deducted from a member’s bonus account).
- Bonus released
- On “Transactions” you can edit a bonus given on a specific transaction (you can increase or decrease the bonus percentage).
- Transactions
- On “bonus released” you can reverse a bonus release and thus return the bonus to a member.
