Getting started with Loyco in Front Systems

This article walks you through everything you need to do to activate and set up the Loyco integration in Front Systems. Follow the checklist in order to ensure a smooth go-live.

How it works

Front Systems is an omnichannel POS built for the retail industry. The Loyco integration connects your loyalty programme directly to Front Systems, allowing your team to register new members, check bonus balances, and redeem member benefits directly from the POS — both in-store and online. Members get access to the same benefits across all channels.

Step 1 — Submit the Front Systems activation form

Activate the Loyco integration by submitting Front Systems' official activation form:

Step 2 — Notify Loyco

Once you have submitted the activation form, send an email to support@loyco.no to notify Loyco that the form has been submitted. This allows Loyco to monitor the activation and connect the integration to your loyalty programme as soon as Front Systems approves it.

Step 3 — Front Systems approves the integration

Front Systems manually approves the integration on their end. Once approved, Loyco connects the integration to your loyalty programme. You will be notified when everything is ready.

Step 4 — Confirm your bonus class

Email support@loyco.no with your store name and your choice of bonus class:

  • Bonus Class A — customers earn bonus points on sale items as well as full-price items
  • Bonus Class B — customers do not earn bonus points on sale items, only on full-price items

Step 5 — Book a training session

Book a training session for your sales team before go-live. A trained team gets more out of the integration from day one.

Things to note

  • The integration must be approved by Front Systems before Loyco can connect it to your loyalty programme — make sure to notify Loyco after submitting the form so we can follow up if needed
  • The bonus class you choose applies to all purchases made through Front Systems — choose carefully as it affects how customers earn bonus on sale items
  • The integration works across both your physical store and your Shopify webshop, giving members access to the same benefits in both channels
