How do I make sure not to send to those who unsubscribe?

You don't have to do anything. Loyco handles this automatically.

How it works

Loyco automatically updates the member database in the dashboard. When a member unsubscribes or deletes their information, they are removed from the available send list immediately. The database you see always contains only members who have actively accepted to receive your communication.

Good to know

  • Unsubscribes are excluded automatically. No manual filtering is needed before sending.
  • Members who delete their profile are also removed from the send list.
  • The available database in the dashboard is always up to date, so the member count you see reflects who will actually receive the communication.
