Managing member support inquiries
The Support tab in your dashboard displays member support tickets submitted by members from their My Page.
The Support tab provides two views:
- Member view: Members can submit support tickets directly from their My Page.
- Admin view: Admins can read and reply to those tickets from the dashboard.
The support center also offers automatic suggested answers to help you respond to common member inquiries faster.
