How to Create an Offer or Gift Card

To create an offer or gift card, complete four steps: understand the type and configure settings, add content and images, then review and save. The offer or gift card will publish automatically on the date you set in the Valid from field.

Step 1: Choose the Type, Segment, and Date

An offer relates to a specific product or service, whereas a gift card relates to a general discount applicable to any product or service.

Select the segment, the loyalty program website the offer or gift card will appear on, and the Valid from date.

Once the offer is set up, you can use the same segment to communicate details about the offer to members via SMS or email.

Step 2: Configure Offer Settings

Configure the core details of your offer or gift card:

  1. Select Offer or Gift Card depending on whether the discount applies to a specific product or service, or to any product or service.
  2. Choose the Segment that should have access to this offer.
  3. Set the Valid from date — this is the date the offer will be published automatically on your loyalty program website.

Step 3 (Content)

This is where you write the information and choose the images you want the customer to see.

Step 4 (Review)

Review the settings and content to confirm they are correct, then click Save. The offer will be published automatically on the date specified in the Valid from field.
