Guide to setting up an offer for a specific product or service, including writing content, adding images, and scheduling publication.

Step 1

An "offer" relates to a specific product or service, whereas a "gift card" relates to an unspecified discount for any product or service. Any offer or gift card you choose to set up here will be available for the segment you choose, on the website for your loyalty program, and on the "from date" you choose. After you have set up your offer you can use the same segment to send out information about the offer via SMS or email.

Step 2 (content)

This is where you write the information and choose the images you want the customer to see.

Step 3 (review)

This last step is so that you can review and check that the settings and information are correct. Click “save” and you are finished. The offer will automatically be published on the date you have chosen in the "Valid from" field.
