Promoting your program in your hotel
How to make your loyalty program visible on your hotel's physical surfaces, so guests can join during their stay.
Why it matters
Your guests are already in the building. Physical promotion turns every touchpoint during the stay into a recruitment opportunity. Posters and table cards with a QR code let guests scan and register as members on their own, without involving staff.

What the materials should contain
- A short, benefit-led message: what the guest gets as a member.
- A QR code linking directly to your sign-up page.
- Your program name and visual identity, so the promotion is recognizable across all surfaces.
Good to know
- At reception, we recommend a poster without a QR code if your receptionists can invite guests directly from the PMS. The personal invitation converts better than self-registration at the desk.
- Design and production of the materials is done by you, typically together with your marketing agency, so the promotion follows your brand profile.
- See "Promoting Your Program on Your Website" and "Promoting Your Program on Social Media" for the digital counterparts.
