To search for members in your database, navigate to the toolbar. Click "search" and choose "members".
In the next window, input the member's email address and/or phone number. Click "advanced" if you wish to use more parameters.
Tip: Input "%" (without the quotation marks) in the email field to receive a list of all members in your database.
Click "search". A list of members fitting the parameters will be returned. Click the member ID to access a given member's profile.
What can I do on a member's profile page?
The member page allows you to administer a member’s profile such as:- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
What do the profile page tabs contain?
Use the tabs at the top of the member page to access additional information and actions:
- Bonus cards: View registered payment cards and add a new account number on behalf of the member.
- Bonus information: Check available bonuses and release bonuses on behalf of the member.
- Transactions: View all transactions made by the member and add a new transaction if a purchase was not registered.
