To search for members in your database, navigate to the toolbar. Click "search" and choose "members".
In the next window, input the member's email address and/or phone number. Click "advanced" if you wish to use more parameters.
Tip: Input "%" (without the quotation marks) in the email field to receive a list of all members in your database.
Click "search". A list of members fitting the parameters will be returned. Click the member ID to access a given member's profile.
The member page allows you to administer a member’s profile such as:
- Name
- Email phone number
- Address etc.
Click the tabs on top to find more information. On “bonus cards” you can check registered payment cards and add a new account number on behalf of the member. The “bonus information” allows you to check available bonuses and release bonuses on behalf of the member. “Transactions" allows you to check all transactions made by a member and add a new transaction if, for some reason, a purchase was not registered.
