Bonus

Steps to create and manage a bonus campaign, including selecting parameters like bonus percentage, duration, target segments, and payment terminals.

Bonus Campaigns

Step 1

At this step, you set up a bonus campaign for all members or a segment. For example: "40% bonus on Tuesday from 10:00-16:00" (increased campaign bonus) or "0% bonus in January" (decreased bonus because of sale).

Go to “Campaigns” and choose “Bonus”, and then click the circle in the top right corner (menu).

Step 2

Here you can see active and previous campaigns.

To create a new campaign, you can click the circle in the top right corner and choose "Create new bonus".

Step 3

Here you can set up the correct parameters for your campaign:

  1. Choose a name for your campaign (for internal use only).
  2. Choose a date and time to start and stop.
  3. Write the bonus percentage you want to give to your members.
  4. Choose merchant (for most programs there is only one option to choose here).
  5. Choose the right segment for your campaign - all members or a specific segment.
  6. Choose the payment terminals on which you want this bonus percentage to be active.
  7. When you have set all the correct parameters, then you click “Save bonus”.
